What is the fastest way to reach you?
Text. The number is (702) 701-3470 and it reaches the same phone we answer calls on. During a job we often cannot pick up but we can read a text, so you will usually hear back quicker that way.
Do I need to call to book, or can I do it online?
Online booking is the quickest route and shows you the price for your vehicle before you confirm. It takes about a minute. Call or text if your situation needs explaining first.
What are your hours?
Seven days a week, 8am to 6pm. Summer jobs often start early to stay ahead of the heat, which suits most people better anyway.
Do you have a shop I can drop the car at?
No, and that is on purpose. We are fully mobile: two self-contained vans with their own water, power, extractor and steam. You keep your car and your day, we come to your driveway, your office lot or your apartment space.
How far out are you usually booked?
Normally a few days, longer on weekends and in spring. Running two trucks means there is more availability than there used to be, and the online calendar shows real openings rather than a request form.
Can you detail at an apartment or a condo?
Yes, as long as we can park near the car. We bring our own water and power so there is nothing to plug into and no hose needed, which is exactly why apartment complexes are fine with it.
