Booking and scheduling
How do I book?
Online through our scheduler, or call or text (702) 701-3470. Online is fastest and shows you real availability.
Do I need to be home?
No. If we can reach the car and it is unlocked or you leave keys, we work while you do something else. We text on arrival and when we finish.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days for weekdays, about a week for a Saturday. Same-week is usually possible, and we keep a short cancellation list.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call or text as early as you can and we will move it. No charge, we just ask for notice so we can fill the slot.
On the day
Do you need my water or electricity?
No. The van carries a generator and deionized water, which is also what gives you a spot-free rinse in hard water.
Where do you need the car parked?
Anywhere with room to walk around it with the doors open: driveway, office lot, gym, HOA space or a garage with clearance.
Can you work in an apartment or condo garage?
Yes, with building approval. We are self-contained and quiet.
What happens if the weather turns?
Rain is rare here, but if it is unsafe or the results would suffer, we move the appointment rather than rush a bad job.
Services and results
What is the difference between Refresh and Revive?
Refresh is a thorough clean. Revive adds restoration: clay bar, trim restoration and ceramic sealant outside, steam and hot water extraction inside.
Will a detail remove swirl marks?
No. Swirls are in the clear coat and need machine polishing. One-step correction clears 60 to 70 percent, two-step 85 to 95 percent.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
Our IGL Kenzo packages carry a 5-year warranty. Maintenance washing is what decides how good it looks at year five.
Do you shampoo carpets and seats?
Yes. It is included in the Revive Interior, or available as $150 add-ons on a Refresh Interior.
Can you get rid of smoke or pet odor?
Usually. Removing the source in the fibers handles most of it, and ozone treatment at $110 handles the rest.
Pricing and payment
How much does it cost?
Refresh Exterior starts at $90 and Refresh Full Detail at $200 for a sedan. Revive Full Detail is $425, paint correction starts at $695 and ceramic coating at $1,100. Every price is by vehicle size.
Is the price fixed?
Yes for a vehicle in normal condition. Heavy pet hair, sand, spills or job-site grime can change it, and we tell you before we start.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay, once the work is done and you have looked the car over.
Do you offer plans?
Yes. Most regulars run a set interval on a Refresh package. Tell us how you use the car and we will suggest one.
