This policy explains how Bartlett Detail LLC ("Bartlett Mobile Detail", "we", "us") handles information when you visit bartlettdetail.com, book a service, call or text us, or have us detail your vehicle.
Information we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect what we need to do the job:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service address where the vehicle is
- Vehicle details and the package you booked
- Appointment dates, notes about the vehicle and photos of the work
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor
We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we only see confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Website information
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. If analytics or advertising tools are in use on the site, they may set cookies to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Schedule, confirm and carry out your appointment
- Send you arrival, completion and reminder messages
- Take payment and keep records for accounting and tax
- Answer questions and handle any follow-up work

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your appointment. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Message and data rates may apply.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers we need to run the business, such as our scheduling platform, payment processor and, where you have asked for it, a review platform.
Photos of your vehicle
We often photograph work for our portfolio and social media. Plates and identifying details are cropped or blurred where practical. If you would rather we did not photograph your vehicle at all, tell us and we will not.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and appointment records for as long as we need them for service history, warranty claims and legal or tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information where we are not required to keep it
- Stop marketing messages or texts

Children
Our services are for vehicle owners and our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
