The terms that apply to this website and to the detailing work we do for you.
Agreement
These terms apply to bartlettdetail.com and to detailing services provided by Bartlett Detail LLC in Nevada. Booking an appointment means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting prices by vehicle size for a vehicle in normal condition. Excessive pet hair, sand, spills, mold, biohazard, smoke damage or job-site soiling can require additional time and cost.
If a vehicle needs more than the booked package, we tell you before we start work and you decide how to proceed. We do not add charges after the fact without your agreement.
Booking, arrival and access
We schedule appointment windows rather than exact minutes, and we text when we are on the way. You are responsible for providing access to the vehicle, a safe place to work, and any gate codes or parking permissions needed.
If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or the work area is unsafe or unsuitable, we may need to reschedule.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit on future bookings.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete. We accept card, cash, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay. Larger jobs such as ceramic coating may require a deposit, which will be agreed in advance.
Our workmanship
We inspect the vehicle with you at the end of every appointment. If any part of the work is not up to standard, tell us before we leave and we will correct it. If you notice something afterwards, contact us promptly and we will put it right where the issue relates to our work.
Condition and pre-existing damage
Vehicles arrive with wear: rock chips, scratches, failing clear coat, cracked trim, worn upholstery, aftermarket wraps and prior bodywork. We note anything significant before starting and we will tell you honestly what a service can and cannot fix.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for defects that become more visible once a vehicle is clean, including failing clear coat, prior paintwork and previous repairs.
Coating warranty
IGL ceramic coating packages include a manufacturer-backed 5-year warranty subject to the manufacturer terms, which require correct maintenance washing. Automated brush washes, harsh chemicals and abrasive products can void coverage. We will explain aftercare when we hand the vehicle back.
Limits
To the extent permitted by Nevada law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income or rental costs.
Personal property
Please remove valuables, cash, electronics, firearms and important documents before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
